Q: Do I have to be there?

A: No, you don't. Just leave us with a way to get in (keys hidden or garage door code for example) and we'll lock up when we go. We also maintain keys for repeat customers in a safe here in the office.

Q: Is there a quality guarantee?

A: Yes, if anything is not to your satisfaction call us within 48 hours.

Q: How does your company work?

A: We employ carefully selected individuals as independent contractors. This allows them to set their own schedules around family obligations or a second job, and also allows us to sell you services at a great price. These individuals work with the owners of the company, myself and my wife, for several weeks before they're put into the field without us in order to ensure excellent quality.

Q: Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?

A: No, nothing. We've cleaned houses of all shapes, sizes and conditions and have most likely seen it before. The only thing you might want to do is determine where you'd like our cleaners to focus their attention.
